What is the best place to stand or sit at Irving Plaza?
Irving Plaza holds approximately 1,025 guests. Most events use a general admission standing floor, so arriving early can help you choose a preferred viewing spot. Limited seating may be available depending on the event and is generally first-come, first-served. An ADA section is available for qualified patrons, with ramp access, accessible restrooms, and an elevator. VIP access may be available through Jocco's Ransom VIP Lounge.

Irving Plaza does not operate its own parking; metered street spaces on Irving Place and nearby blocks are limited, while commercial garages are available around Gramercy and Union Square. Subway or rideshare is often the simpler option. Rideshare pickup and drop-off are available on Irving Place near the venue.
What should I know about bags and venue entry?
Bag rules can change by event. Before leaving, check Irving Plaza's current entry guidance for permitted bag sizes and any restrictions. Arrive with extra time for the entrance process, and bring a valid photo ID if required for your ticket or Will Call pickup.

Keep your phone charged, sign in to the account or ticketing app specified in your delivery instructions, and have the ticket barcode ready before reaching the entrance. Avoid sharing screenshots or ticket links, as access rules may depend on the ticket's delivery method.
